Print a presentation in grayscale or black-and-white

Even if your presentation is in color, you can still print the presentation in grayscaleA representation of an image in many shades of gray instead of color or high contrast black-and-white. or in high contrast black-and-whiteA pure black-and-white representation of an image that contains no shades of gray..

On the File menu, click Print.

On the Output pop-up menu, click Grayscale or Black and White.

Note If you don't see this option, click the arrow Print Dialog Expand Arrow

to expand the Print dialog box.

Objects in your presentation appear in the following ways.

Click Print.
